Covid-protocols in place — until further notice
Updated May, 2021: Between near-daily updates from the CDC and the Governor’s office, keeping up with the latest information (regarding masks and re-opening and approved activities for vaccinated folks, etc) can get pretty confusing. My bottom line is this:
Until WA State mandates for healthcare providers officially change, I will be following those state mandates in my practice.
- Masks are (still) required — regardless of vaccination status (yours or mine). Please wear an appropriate cloth or surgical mask when entering the waiting area, while in my office, and throughout the duration of the session. (I can provide one if you need one.)
- Temperature check upon arrival (required by law in healthcare settings).
- Pre-screening questionnaire prior to each session: Covid-19 Pre-screen (PDF)
- Enhanced sanitation & procedures in place: Covid-19 Policies (PDF)
I will have these documents available to read (or fill out) prior to each session.
